Catching Up

I realize it has been FOREVER since I have added a new post. Sadly, I forgot my camera for ALL of the Christmas parties I went to...which were a ton. We had great Christmas, we really enjoyed every party we went to. Now we are trying to settle back into "normal" living. It's kind of boring :) but we are surviving. Joe and Abby are home and we are so glad to have them back! I do have a few pictures on my camera of Christmas with them so those will be soon coming. We are in the process of getting a new computer which will make this whole process easier.

We are truly blessed. God has provided in ways we never expected. It's been getting difficult with Chris not having a job, but looking back we never went without ALL of our needs and even some of our wants! With that said the McCahill home is praising God for answered prayer. Chris has a job for the upcoming tax season. We are trilled!! He will be working with a man who is a CPA and does taxes out of his home. He has grown his business so much that he needs to bring another person in and he chose Chris as that person. He really knows his stuff and we feel it is going to be a great way for Chris to get his foot in the door and hopefully will lead to a full time job.

I am moving along in my weight lose journey, aside from a few Holiday set backs, I am doing better than I expected. I hit the 40 pound mark last weigh in and for that I am VERY excited. It's strange...it's like it just clicked this time and my mind is made up and I really don't think I am going to stop until I reach my goal!
