OUR HOUSE!!!!!!!!!

Now presenting the "new-to-us" McCahill home...

WHOOOHOOO!!! We were on vacation in Traverse City when we found out the wonderful news. It was a "movie like" way to find out. Chris took the call from our realtor and then passed the phone to me. At the time we were at an ice cream shop with most of Chris's family on his mom's side, and it was so fun because I said, "what we got the the house, really, your not joking?" and Chris's mom was next to me and she repeated it and then his grandma and so on until it made it all the way around the ice cream shop and hoorays were heard everywhere for the newest homeowners. We are SO excited, but we did find out that it will probably not be officially ours for another FIVE weeks! :( I guess it's a well known fact to everyone, except me, that five weeks is a normal amount of time to close, and that's only if all goes well.

I am at work and should be working so this will have to be it for now. Also, for those of you who may be wondering...this is not the house I talked about in my previous post. We thought we'd take a look at a few more houses before making up our mind about the other house and we are so glad we did.
